ClashBerry - Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

By using the Bot, you confirm that you are authorized to manage or invite bots to your Discord server and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Bot.

2. Community Standards

• You agree to follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Treat fellow users, moderators, and our team with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or abuse will not be tolerated.

3. Bot Access & License

ClashBerry grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Bot on Discord servers where you hold appropriate permissions. The Bot is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

4. Fair Use & Restrictions

• Do not use the Bot to spam, flood, or otherwise disrupt Discord servers.
• Do not use the Bot to promote illegal activities or violate the rights of others.
• Automating or scripting commands to abuse Bot features or gain unfair advantages is prohibited.

5. Feature Changes & Updates

ClashBerry is actively maintained and features may change over time. We may update these Terms and notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Bot after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

6. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Bot for any violation of these Terms, harmful activity, or at our discretion. We may also remove the Bot from your server at any time.

7. Data Handling

By using the Bot, you consent to our handling of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Agreement

Using the ClashBerry Discord bot confirms your agreement to these Terms of Service.
